The vast mansion spreads over 7000 sqft on each floor, and is a merge of tropical and contemporary luxury style. The residence is comprised of multiple open courts and green pockets and The double height spaces add to the vastness of the house.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

The Lotus pond with a feature wall greets at the entrance. As the ground floor is majorly used for gatherings and meetings, the plan is left open that stretches over the complete plot area
FIRST FLOOR PLAN
First floor accommodates a large terrace garden as the client tend to host a lot of parties and ceremonies. The garden has a gazebo and a Koi pond. The living room has complete glass facade which opens into the garden.
SECOND FLOOR PLAN
The Second floor consists of Master bedroom, family lounge and meditation room. A major portion of this floor overlooks directly into the courtyard/open spaces below, thus serving as the most airy and open floor.
THIRD FLOOR PLAN
The third floor accommodates more active areas with the leisurely amenities. With 3 bedrooms; the Kid’s bedroom directly opens in the terrace and faces towards the main entrance. The open music room is placed and created to provide the owner with a space to carry out their music sessions, with room for more instruments.
